The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The service was amazing, with the staff being helpful and friendly!

Street noise from the trams can disrupt your sleep, particularly if your room faces the road. Plus, lack of air conditioning leaves rooms stifling during warm nights!

My kids wished for air conditioning in the room.

Good-sized room with a sitting area, an ironing set, and a work desk, and exceptionally comfortable bed.

The staff was welcoming and incredible and my stay was really comfortable, will be returning here soon. The hotel was great and I appreciated the streets of Augsburg. I was offered a room with pleasant views of city.

Parking can be problematic in the small private garages. Rooms nextto the Strassenbahn are very noisey with the windows open and too hot in summer with them closed. Ask for quiet room 22.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and right across from Mozart's home. The cleanliness of the room caught my eye, everything felt well-maintained. Staff members were really good, especially the receptionist who kindly offered café recommendations and tips for exploring. The lack of air conditioning was good. Even with the ceiling fan, it seemed like a furnace at times, and opening the window meant dealing with noise from the trams and traffic. I appreciated the comfortable bedding, yet I found it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the disturbances from outside.

Great spot for a group getaway! The reception super nice team, pointing us to nearby pubs and eateries. Our rooms were modern and clean, and we enjoyed taking trams to the pedestrian zone. It's a charming base to explore, especially being so close to Mozart's home!

The room was very big and comfortable, and the bathroom too. The restaurant is cozy and the cuisine is very good. The hotel is just a few minutes walking from the Dom and the centre.
